🤝 Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and 402 Systems Ltd (Volley, we, us, our). By using Volley you are agreeing to these terms. When using Volley, you should also be aware of any other terms, such as agreements with your bank. We are not responsible for any products or services provided by your bank or other providers.

📝 Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by uploading a revision to this website. Updated terms apply to your use of Volley when they are published here. You must stop using our product if you disagree with these terms.

🤳 What does Volley do?

Volley is a payment initiation service that communicates with your bank, on your behalf, to create a payment consent. Volley is free to use.

When you accept a payment request with Volley you are giving us permission to send instructions to your selected bank to create a payment consent. You will be redirected to your selected bank's website or application to prove your identity and approve the payment consent. You need to have enough funds in your account to cover the amount of the payment request. Volley does not hold your funds or move money through our service.

Once you approve a payment consent in your banking service it cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for reviewing your payment history. If you find an error or unexpected payment contact your bank, or Volley immediately.

🤖 Your data

At Volley, we follow our privacy policy when handling your information. By using our service, you agree to this processing and confirm that all data you provide is correct.

🗑️ Deleting your account

At your request we will delete your Volley account and data. All deleted data is irretrievable and we will not be liable for the loss of any such data. Personal data associated with your account will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

🙅 Prohibited use

You must not use Volley in any illegal manner or in violation of any applicable laws or regulation, or in breach of these terms. Any prohibited usage may result in the suspension or termination of your Volley account.

⚖️ Our liability

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict or modifying your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other obligations that cannot be restricted or modified by law.

We will not be liable to you for any damages resulting from your use of Volley. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable to you for any indirect, extraordinary, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, use, or other economic advantage, even if we are aware of the possibility of such damage.

⛔️ Suspension

We can suspend your account or access to Volley at our sole discretion. If we terminate these terms or suspend your access to Volley, you won't be able to access Volley. Suspension is only from services provided by Volley.
